About
My Twin in the Mirror is a behavioral intelligence and self-defense education platform. It is not therapy. It is not a support group. It is training.
Built from the inside out.
This platform was built by someone who lived inside psychological manipulation long enough to research her way out of it. What you find here is not content written from the outside looking in. It is intelligence gathered from direct experience, cross-referenced with clinical research, behavioral science, and documented case patterns.
The goal is not to make you feel validated. The goal is to make you accurate — capable of reading what is happening, naming it clearly, and responding from a position of knowledge rather than confusion.
That is a different kind of help. And for the right person, it is the most important kind.

What My Twin in the Mirror IS
What My Twin in the Mirror is NOT
If you are in immediate danger or experiencing a mental health crisis, please use our Crisis Resources page or contact a qualified professional. This platform is designed to complement professional support — not replace it.
Where the content comes from.
Every lesson is built on peer-reviewed research and clinical psychology literature — covering coercive control, dark triad psychology, behavioral analysis, and FBI negotiation methodology. Referenced experts include Robert Cialdini, Chris Voss, and Rebecca Zung.
Nothing on this platform should be interpreted as medical diagnosis, clinical assessment, or legal advice.
A resource your clients can use between sessions.
My Twin in the Mirror was designed with professional referral in mind. The curriculum teaches clients to name patterns they may struggle to articulate in session, build the vocabulary for their own experience, and understand the behavioral mechanics behind what happened to them.
If you are a psychologist, therapist, social worker, or counselor interested in reviewing the curriculum, discussing endorsement, or exploring institutional access for your clients, we would welcome that conversation.
