Safeguarding Judgement Audit

Measure where your team is blind to coercive control, train that exact skill, and show the change with a number. Training records show who attended; they cannot show whether two trained professionals, given the same situation, would read it the same way, or which way each leans when unsure.

How the audit works

A thirty-minute leadership conversation; a twelve-minute online check for each team member, who sees their own result straight away; a results meeting with an anonymous team summary showing where staff agree and where they split; then targeted training and a retest on different material.

Method and privacy

Scored with signal detection theory. Research advised by Dr Daniel N. Jones, associate professor and co-author of the Short Dark Triad. No names or individual answers appear in team reports, and teams are reported only with five or more people.
