Founder · My Twin in the Mirror

I built this because I survived it.

Lilia — founder, lead writer, and the person behind every protocol.

I am not a clinical psychologist. I am not a therapist. I am a person who spent years inside a relationship that systematically rewired my sense of reality — and another four years studying exactly how that happened.

When I finally left, I did not have language for what I had been through. Therapy helped, but it did not name the patterns. The books that named the patterns were either too academic to apply or too commercial to trust. So I started reading the source material: the actual peer-reviewed research on coercive control, gaslighting, trauma bonding, intermittent reinforcement, DARVO, and the neurobiology of attachment under threat.

What I learned changed how I see every relationship I have ever had.

Manipulation is not a mystery. It is a small set of documented techniques that exploit predictable features of the human nervous system. Once you can name them, you can spot them. Once you can spot them, you can respond. Once you can respond, the spell breaks.

My Twin in the Mirror is the platform I needed and could not find. It is the research translated into protocols a non-clinician can actually use, paired with a clinical advisory board reviewing the content so it stays honest about what it can and cannot do.

This is not therapy. It is training. It does not replace a licensed professional. It gives you the vocabulary, the patterns, and the protocols so that when you walk into a therapist's office — or out of a relationship — you know what you are looking at.
